American crocodile
Fact FileAmerican crocodiles can grow from 10 to 13 feet and sometimes even bigger and weigh 2,000 lbs. They are swimming reptiles that can camouflage under the waters surface and then they pop out faster than a blink of an eye and clamp down on prey with their long mouth full of sharp teeth and drag it down into the water and spin prey around under water this is called the death roll. Their bite is really strong and can crush animal bones and their stomach acid is the strongest stomach acid of any animal and can dissolve animal hooves. They are very agile to and can swim very fast. They can also move at a descent speed on land. They eat boars, deer , turtles, small alligators or crocodiles rarely , underwater invert bras such as crabs, fish and humans.
