centipede
fact filecentipedes are found in warm damp areas like under wet logs or under leaves and they are mostly nocturnal animals. They eat other insects and small mammals like mice and they kill animals by biting them and injecting venom. But if a human or another animal disturbed it in anyway they will bite and release very toxic venom and some centipedes only need to be touched for venom to get on people and sometimes the venom can be fatal if you get help fast enough. The venom usually causes swelling, skin irritation, extreme pain, racing pulse, nausea and vomiting, burning sensation and even anxiety. But people more sensitive to the venom can have a headache, chest pain, heart tremors and if the person is unlucky death. Centipedes also have hollow legs with very sharp claws for not only walking but for griping on to prey tightly making it hard for its prey to escape.
