wild boar
Fact FileWild boar grow to 1.8 feet high to 3.6 feet high and they grow to 6.5 feet in length and can weigh from 90 lbs to 700 lbs. Boars are closely related to pigs and like pigs they are omnivores but they mainly don't eat meat and they are also very intelligent. Although they may not look dangerous it is a bad idea to confront one in the wild because they are very heavy and bulky and they can run very fast and they also have 6cm tusks which can gut a dog. Boars will stamp their hooves on the ground and they will make loud noises then they will charge and will ram into the animal they feel threatened by and their tusks will tear the other animals skin off and the boar can seriously hurt or kill even the toughest predators like wolves leopards and even lions. Many people wouldn't believe it but they can kill very big dogs and they have often been known to aggressively chase them and one of the only ways to get away from them is climbing up high or getting in a vehicle or a building they cant get into.
