iberian lynx
Fact FileIberian lynxes are the largest type of lynx and the largest big cat in Europe. It grows 2 feet tall and grow 3.6 feet to 4 feet long and weigh 28 to 30 lbs. They are designed to ambush prey larger than them usually do this from trees. They eat birds, wild sheep, rodents and deer. They are also one of the fastest animals on earth and they can jump super high and super far. Their paws are more than 3 times the size of a house cat and they can maul animals to death with their boxer like paws and small but very sharp claws. The Iberian lynx also has sharp teeth that it uses to kill its prey. Unlike most big cats all lynxes do not have long tails. They make very frighting noises to scare off animals and they are very good at camouflaging in with the background. They also have amazing hearing and could hear a mouse digging from very far away.
