spinosaurus
fact filespinosaurus grew 7 .4 feet tall not including the spine and 60 feet long and weighed around 20 tonnes making it the largest carnivore of all time. it was also related to crocodiles because of its long mouth and it also spent a lot of time in the water looking for prey. even though it was so big it usually only hunted fish but it had a strong bite to keep hold of its prey and long arms and claws to disembowel its prey and catch small prey on land and the arms where for fighting and could smash a car window at maximum power. one way it could hunt in water was by standing still with its mouth in the water waiting for a fish to swim to near to its mouth and then it would snap shut and kill the fish. its large spine on its back was maybe to help it cut through the water or attract a mate but no one is really sure what it was for yet but if it fell over it would break its back because of its spine.
