fact fileThey can grow up to 1.2 feet and only weigh about 4 lbs and they live in tropical forests and are very good at climbing. Their diet includes leaves, birds, insects, lizards and fruit. They are also part of the primate family and they are the only venomous primate and their toxic bite could can kill predators like leopards. They got their name because they sneak up very slowly on their prey and they only hunt at night. They also have large eyes like binoculars and they have a very good sense of smell and they also have a very good grip and can hang on trees upside down. When they have to protect them selves they lick their elbow and cover their teeth in venom and bite whatever might be threatening them.
