fact file Wolverines grow to 6 feet long and can weigh up to 19.8 lbs to 55,1 lbs. Wolverines are very violent predators and can kill animals as big as caribou and when they are hungry they will fight off any animal in their way and they can even kill polar bears. Their main weapons are their huge razor sharp claws and their sharp teeth and powerful jaw power and they are very fast, agile and strong and their claws are sharp enough to rip through very thick animal skin. Wolverines are the largest member of the weasel family and like weasels they love to hurt or kill animals and that's what makes them so dangerous. Wolverines have been known to dig into burrows of hibernating animals and eat them.
