enteledont
Fact FileThe entelodont is related to today's pig but it was larger and had jaws like a guillotine. It grew from 6 to 7 feet high and 10 feet long and weighed 930 lbs. It hunted prey around the same size as it or a bit bigger or smaller. It could run incredibly fast and was very aggressive and smart and could bash prey with the sides of its head like a boar would do today. its jaws where one of the strongest bites in the animal kingdom of all time and had large canines and sharp teeth shaped like hammers to crush its prey to death. also the impact of the jaw would be extremely painful and it was also strong enough to knock its prey to the ground. Although they did eat a lot of plants they had to adapt to life in a desert making them dangerous to any animal that went near it.
